How to return a product ?

What is the return time at CVNDY GIRL ?
Any product sold at CVNDY GIRL can be returned within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Example: If I receive my product the 4 October, I can return it until the 3 December.
NB: You have 60 days to request a return.
If this time is exceeded, we unfortunately do not accept returns.

What is a voucher?

If my product is not eligible for a refund, how will I be informed?
If your return is not validated, CVNDY GIRL will contact you to explain the reason for refusal and your product will be returned to you and you will be responsible for any shipping costs
Note that we will try several times to deliver your product. If we fail to deliver, your product will be available at a relay point of our choice.
I bought a product on promotion or with a promotional code. What will be the amount refunded?
For discounted products, the amount refunded is the amount paid.

If you use a purchase order, the amount paid and the amount used will be refunded.

How to return your product online?

2. Select products to return
