I must cancel, change my order or change my address. How can I do it?

My order arrived damaged. Help me please.

We are sorry to hear that part of your order has been damaged. To help you, please send us a photo of your damaged items and a screenshot of the packing slip so that we can help you replace your item.

How to return or exchange an order?

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order; However, we understand if a product does not work and we want to make the return as painless as possible. Naturally, we can not take returns on products used or purchased outside our 30 days return window. Unfortunately, for the moment, we do not offer credit for gift returns. All gift returns will be credited to the gift buyer's credit card upon receipt of the return.

Please note: All discounted items are final sale; they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns are free if returned within 60 days after your purchase date. You will receive a refund for only returned items. Initial shipping costs are not refunded on returned items. Please include a copy of the original order confirmation with the package. Why was my order canceled?

My package has been lost.
